In my professional life as a business owner, I
hold to a set of principles which revolve around a central core: to serve our
clients with the utmost respect and in the most efficient and thorough way
possible. I believe government should work in the same way. During my 20 year
tenure in both the Texas House and Senate, I have adhered to my principles while
representing my constituents and the people of Texas fairly. I hope you agree.
During my re-election campaign I will highlight my positions on the key issues
facing our district and the state and look forward to working with the people of
District 11 to continue to protect our interests. I am prepared to do everything
necessary to keep this senate seat in the Republican column and to continue to
represent the people of our district. But given all my efforts and all that this
campaign can and will do – the most important component of this effort will be
